The text, pattern, lines, photos, anti-counterfeiting and bar code designed on the original manuscript of cigarette pocketdesign are processed by a series of technologies, such as electric parting, sheet making, plate making, plate drying and soon, and then made into printing plates suitable for different printing presses. Then, plate loading, inking, embossingglazing and drying are carried out by printing presses, so that the ink wll transfer the original content to the surface ofthe printing materials such as paper. The process of batch copy of the original wll be completed, and the printedcigarette box that is faithful to the original color will be presented.
Cigarette packs are divided into soft packs and hard packs. The cigarette box production mainly uses four kinds ofprinting methods: offset printing, flexible plate printing, gravure printing and silk printing. The anti-counter-feitingtechnology of cigarette packs is the key to post-press processing, and is usually made by hot stamping machines.
