Capsules Production Process and key parameters of flavor capsules
The entire dripping process is temperature-controlled and fully automated, with each nozzle producing 30–50 capsules per second. The drying process utilizes flexible airflow in a three-dimensional motion for drying, ensuring capsule roundness, while low-temperature drying minimizes fragrance loss. The products undergo multi-stage size separation and automatic roundness selection, achieving uniform quality and stable reliability.
