1. BHT as an effective antioxidant:
BHT is an effective stabilizer in polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride (0.01-0.1%) and polyethylene. In the cyclone plastic, the BHT antioxidant has a protective efficiency of the aging of fibin ester and fibin ether caused by thermal and light. In synthetic fibers, it is a thermal stabilizer of polypropylene, with a dosage of about 1%.
2. Application in the rubber industry:
BHT antioxidant is a phenolic anti -agent commonly used in rubber. BHT has protection for the heat oxygen of rubber, orbenzene, butyl, butyl, isoprene, buty, and Cubi effect. BHT antioxidant can be bronze. BHT and anti -oxygen and waxes are damaged to gel vulcanized gel with various factors with climate prevention. BHT antioxidants are easily scattered in rubber. They can be mixed directly into rubber or add to a scattered body. The BHT antioxidant can be used to make the side walls of tires, white, brilliant and transparent rubber and dairy products, as well as dairy. Use, medical and health, tape, rubber shoes and rubber products can also be used as stabilizers for synthetic rubber treatment and storage.
3. The application in industrial oil:
BHT antioxidant is an excellent antioxidant additive for various oil products. When its working temperature is 100 ° C, the antioxidant effect is good. BHT antioxidants are widely used in the antioxidant anti -glue agent of diarrhea, transformer oil, hydraulic oil, heat conduction oil, brake oil, ingot oil and mechanical oil, and stone wax. The BHT antioxidant can be directly or adjusted into the mother liquid to join the product. Extend its service life with the antioxidant performance of the product. BHT and long -chain alkaline ZDDP and TCP metal reduction anti -rust -proof agent are used, which can adjust anti -abrasion hydraulic oil and other products. The dosage is generally 0.1-1%.
4. Application in fuel oil:
BHT antioxidants are used as stabilizers. Gasoline and diesel are unstable because they contain a small amount of sulfur nitrodorite and olefin. Oxidated gum can improve its stability after adding BHT antioxidants. The BHT antioxidants have a small amount of advantages, non -corrosive, oily soluble, and non -changing color, and the induction period is prolonged.
5. BHT antioxidants can delay the acidity of food as a food additive. BHT antioxidants are used in foods and plant oils containing plant oils. In addition, BHT antioxidants can also be applied to ink, adhesive, leather, casting, printing and dyeing, coatings and electronic industries.
