• NC Foaming Agent
It(Modified Sodium Bicarbonate)is enviroment friendly endothermic blowing agent. It is white solid powder.
Mainly used in low foaming products such as pure white high ran k TPR soles,PVC soles and white PVC slippers, frames and so on.
Physcial Foaming Agent
MINICELL EM-6 is thermo-expandable microsphere, also called expander.MINICELL EM6 is used for
high-quality shoe sole and synthetic leather, environmentally friendly.Physical foaming agent can provide
several benefits: Weight saving cost reduction , Good impact resistance and less prone to deformation,
heat insulation, cushion, surface modification ,etc.

AND RUBBERS
INTRODUCTION
MINICELL JL series is well known as the most widely used and
effective foaming agent for plastics and rubbers, such as PVC, PP,
PE, EVA, ABS, PS, EPDM, SBR, NBR and TPR.
MINICELL JL series can be modified to be suitable to almost all of
the rubbers and plastics by additives like activators. MINICELL JL
series is non-toxic and self-extinguishing material and has
relatively high decomposition temperature and evolves a large
gas volume.

APPLICATION DESCRIPTION

APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
• LDPE chemical crosslinking extrusion continuous foaming
process.
• LDPE electron radiation crosslinking extrusion continuous
foaming process.

materials, 3D wall stickers, climbing MATS, car MATS, foam
sporting equipments and so on.

Every package weight is 25Kg, subjects to customer's demand.The series of MINICELL JL foaming agents is
nontoxic and odorless.It should keep far away from the heat, direct sunlight and avoid to contact with
acid-base.
This series of foaming agents are widely used in the production of PE foam products which is a chemical
crosslinked polyethylene foam, with low density polyethylene resin and a crosslinking agent and foaming
agent through continuous foaming and high temperature, it is chemically stable, difficult to decompose,
odorless and flexible.

MINICELL-N SERIES
PRODUCTS OF NC BLOWING AGENT FOR PVC/TPR/PS
INTRODUCTION
MINICELL JL-N is specially developed for TPR, PVC granulation,
manufacturing top grade pure white TR, PVC shoe soles and white PVC
slippers. It gives the products better physical properties, suc h as density,
whiteness, tensile strength and tearing strength, particularly beneficial to
extend the extensibility, whiteness and porous structure of products.
ADVANTAGE
Foaming controllable, good whiteness, foaming uniformly, smooth surface.
The series of MINICELL JL-N products is compatible with all thermoplastic,
polymeric materials. Its decomposition temperature is relatively low, can
decompose in short time without using activator.There is no residual
foaming agent, which won't bring mixed color to the products.
APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
The series of foaming agent is white fluid solid powder, the col or of
decomposed residue is pure white, which won't affect the color of
products. The series of foaming agent has good compatibility with
PVC, TPR, PS, it will be homodispersed in the resin melt to form a
homogenous system.
MINICELL EM SERIES
INTRODUCTION
MINICELL EM series is a physical foaming agent. Under an electr on
microscope, this series of foaming agents looks like round balloons.
When the foaming agent is heated, the outer shell becomes soft,
the internal pressure increases sharply and the size of the sphere
expands greatly, then volume will increases by 80 to 100 times. The
specific gravity of the expanded microspheres can be reduced by
30kg/m³(0.03g/cm³)， Make it an ideal foaming additive for rubber
and plastic materials.

appearance like Suede, prevent warping, prevent slipping and reduce shaking. By using MINICELL EM, you
